Not impressed
Tried contacting the sales rep and no reply yet. I think the couch and chair both have defects. There is a large gap between the base and the arm on each. The slide up and down function of the arm is very cheaply made. Kind of disappointing since we spent so much money on the products. The reclining feature is nice and comfortable, otherwise disappointing.
