The crib can also be converted to a toddler bed and a full-size platform bed with the purchase of additional conversion rails. Mattress and foundation (if required) sold separately. MISSING SCREW
I missing one of the tall screw and they don't send any extra one even I went to home depot they don't have the same one so the bed its not tights good , I don't know what to do this is a baby bed , you should send me some screws AND ONE OF THE SIDE ITS CRACK TOO I CAN SEND SOME PICTURES TOO IAM NOT HAPPY WITH THAT ......
Bad customer Service
The bed came with a damaged back board. We called and they scheduled someone to come out. I planned my day off to get it resolved but this tech shows up and says “yup iit Ned to be replaced, we need ANOTHER appt t get it replaced. Such amateur hour you big companies are. We sent pics of it broken. It should have been done in one swoop.
