I love it and am impressed with the quality!
Poor Furniture Quality and even Poorer Customer Service
The set was initially delivered, and it was damaged, so I sent it back. A new set was delivered, and it looked okay, but the top drawers of both the chest and dresser would not open. The delivery guy was kind enough to fix the chest drawer by unscrewing it and creating new holes so the drawer would be able to open. The holes were not aligned, which is why the drawer would not properly open and close. For this, I was grateful because he went above and beyond so I would be happy with my new purchase. After all that chaos, I forgot to check the dresser drawers. Once I checked the dresser, the top drawer would not open. I called customer service who sent a technician out. He arrived on 10/16/2024 and stated that a new part would need to be ordered, and stated I will receive it via mail by Monday the 21st. He then said that once I receive the part, I can either put it on myself or call customer service to have someone come back out and install the piece. I explained I would be contacting cu
