To Whom It May Concern, Do I like or love the Darby Brook Dark Gray 3 Pc Wall Unit with 66 in. Console? That would be a great question to consider but unfortunately, I cannot answer it because I have yet to receive the wall unit I purchased on January 19, 2025, from Rooms To Go in Fayetteville, North Carolina. On January 19, 2025, my husband, son, and I visited Rooms To Go in Fayetteville to look for a dining room set. We were welcomed by a salesperson named Russ Brim, who directed us to the dining room section. As we made our way there, we spotted a wall unit that immediately piqued our interest for our new home. However, we continued to the area filled with various dining room sets. We ultimately found a set that perfectly matched the decor we envisioned for our space. We also decided that the Darby Brook Dark Gray 3 Pc Wall Unit with 66 in. Console, which had caught our eye at the start of our shopping trip, would be a wonderful addition to our home. We concluded our visit by purchasing both the dining room set and the wall unit. Since the Darby Brook Dark Gray 3 Pc Wall Unit with 66 in. Console was marked as clearance; we were responsible for picking it up. The scheduled pick-up date was for January 28, 2025, and my husband and son went to Rooms To Go in Fayetteville to retrieve it. However, on a later date, the Assistant Manager informed us that the unit we retrieved was not the one we had selected and paid for on January 19, 2025. To summarize, we still have not received the Darby Brook Dark Gray 3 Pc Wall Unit with 66 in. Console that we purchased on January 19, 2025. The Store Manager, Mike, is saying we can either keep the incorrect item we picked up or return it to the store for a refund. Lastly, this ongoing situation has turned into an unpleasant experience for my family and me. We would have liked to provide a positive response to the question of whether we like or love the Darby Brook Dark Gray 3 Pc Wall Unit with 66 in. Console, but unfortunately, that's not the case. We are still trying to resolve this issue with Rooms To Go in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and with Mike, the Store Manager. Sincerely, Lisa
