Would have returned or exchanged if possible
I like the smooth power reclining function and head rest feature. The aqua color fits beautifully in the room because it almost has a grey hue to it. Unfortunately, I find the chair very uncomfortable for my height. I'm 5'5" and when the chair is fully closed my feet don't touch the ground. Therefore, I have to push off of the armrests which I'm sure will wear a lot over time. I'm not sure what the problem is with my tail bone hurting while sitting in the chair--it may be the seat is too long for me, the back doesn't tilt forward enough, or it's just meant for a taller person. Of course, I didn't read the fine print on the back of the receipt because I wasn't even aware of until I called to inquire about returning or exchanging it. When I said, "So, I'm stuck with it?" to a salesperson at the showroom on the phone she said, "Well, it is your chair." Never buying again from RTG and I've made all of my friends and family aware of the RTG policy.
