Beautiful leather sofa, loveseat and recliner.
ripped couch and follow up never happened
Everything was fairly easy, however when the furniture arrived one of the sofas had a rip. We were told someone would contact us for replacement and no one has done so. It’s been more than 2 weeks and we have heard ANYTHING! They told us to sign and that the signature was just to say we received the couches, they took pictures of the damage, and had us sign that as well. So, I am giving it a 2star because I haven’t had anyone communicate with us how they will fix the problem. The couches were not on sale or cheap, so we definitely expected more for our money.
