Very Disappointed With My Overall Experience”
I was very disappointed with my experience with Rooms To Go. The communication and customer service were poor, and no one followed up on my concerns. I felt the staff were rude and unprofessional. I paid the full amount in cash and received no discount or help with the delivery fee. I also have a concern about the bunkie board. Richard told me it was free, but my receipt shows the bed charged at $1,078.99 instead of the $999 price I understood. I would like an explanation for the additional $79.99 charge. I also asked to exchange the nightstands for the 3 drawer style and even offered to bring them back to the store myself. I was told to wait, but I am still waiting for a resolution. I already knew exactly what I wanted when I visited the store, drove about 45 miles, made my purchase in about 10 minutes, and left. I was asked to leave a nice comment about Richard, but I cannot honestly say I received exceptional service when that was not my experience. Overall, I am very disappointed

This bed is cute and my daughter is happy with it. It feels flumsy and it requires a box, which the seller (or the website) did not tell us, so we had to go and buy one. The skirt does not look like the one in the picture.
