Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
What type of mattress support is required for this bed?
This bed accommodates a standard twin-size mattress. To ensure the mattress sits at the optimal height to showcase the castle headboard and carved rose accents, we recommend using a Bunkie board or a low-profile foundation. Our experts advise that a solid, flat support system is essential for preventing mattress sagging and providing the necessary support for a child’s developing spine.
Will this bed fit in a standard-sized bedroom?
With a total height of 78.5 inches, this bed is designed to fit comfortably beneath standard 8-foot (96-inch) ceilings, leaving ample clearance for airflow and lighting. Its grand 91-inch depth makes it a majestic centerpiece, ideal for larger primary kids' rooms or specialized themed suites where it can serve as the focal point of the space.
How do I maintain the sparkle white finish in a high-use environment?
To preserve the luster of the sparkle white finish, our care guidelines recommend regular dusting with a soft, dry cloth. For minor spills or sticky fingerprints, a cloth dampened with mild soap and water is effective; however, the surface should be dried immediately with a separate soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasives, as these can dull the finish and damage the delicate carved bow details.
Is this bed durable enough for an active child's daily play?
Yes, this bed is built for both beauty and longevity. It features sturdy turned legs and high-quality construction materials designed to withstand the energy of active children. As part of our Disney Princess collection, the frame is engineered for stability, ensuring it remains a reliable and safe sanctuary from the toddler years through early adolescence.
Does Rooms To Go provide professional assembly for this item?
For a seamless experience, we recommend selecting our Full Service Delivery option. With this service, our professional delivery team will transport the bed into your room of choice and perform the complete assembly, including the proper setup of the electronic components. This ensures that the castle headboard is securely anchored and the LED lighting system is fully operational and ready for use.
How do the integrated LED lights and USB ports function?
This bed blends fairytale magic with modern utility. The multicolor LED lights integrated into the castle headboard are fully customizable via an included remote or the Lotus Lantern app, which allows the glow to sync with music for an interactive experience. Additionally, dual USB charging ports are discreetly built into the headboard, providing a convenient power source for devices while maintaining the clean, "sparkle white" aesthetic.

Very Disappointed With My Overall Experience”
I was very disappointed with my experience with Rooms To Go. The communication and customer service were poor, and no one followed up on my concerns. I felt the staff were rude and unprofessional. I paid the full amount in cash and received no discount or help with the delivery fee. I also have a concern about the bunkie board. Richard told me it was free, but my receipt shows the bed charged at $1,078.99 instead of the $999 price I understood. I would like an explanation for the additional $79.99 charge. I also asked to exchange the nightstands for the 3 drawer style and even offered to bring them back to the store myself. I was told to wait, but I am still waiting for a resolution. I already knew exactly what I wanted when I visited the store, drove about 45 miles, made my purchase in about 10 minutes, and left. I was asked to leave a nice comment about Richard, but I cannot honestly say I received exceptional service when that was not my experience. Overall, I am very disappointed
Cute but needs a box
This bed is cute and my daughter is happy with it. It feels flumsy and it requires a box, which the seller (or the website) did not tell us, so we had to go and buy one. The skirt does not look like the one in the picture.
Very Happy with the service
