Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
Will this castle bed fit in a room with standard ceiling heights?
While this bed creates a grand focal point, it is important to consider its dimensions for your specific space. The bed stands at 78.5 inches tall (approximately 6.5 feet), which fits comfortably under standard 8-foot or 9-foot ceilings. However, we recommend measuring your floor space carefully, as the unit has a total depth of 90.94 inches, making it longer than a standard twin bed frame due to the integrated storage and castle-style architecture.
What is the best way to clean and maintain the sparkle white finish?
Based on our furniture care expertise, we recommend regular dusting with a soft, dry cloth to maintain the luster of the sparkle white finish and the intricate carved rose and bow accents. For minor stains or spills, use a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. It is essential to avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive pads, as these can dull the specialized finish and damage the delicate carved details.
Are there built-in charging options for electronic devices on this bed?
Yes, this bed is designed for the modern home with dual USB charging ports cleverly hidden within the headboard. This placement allows for convenient charging of tablets or headphones while keeping cords organized and out of the way, a particularly helpful feature for older children or teens who use devices for school or entertainment.
How do the integrated lights on the castle headboard function?
The headboard features multicolor LED lights that serve as both a statement piece and a functional nightlight. These lights are highly customizable; you can control the glow using the included remote or the Lotus Lantern app on a smartphone. For a truly immersive experience, the lighting can even be synced to music, allowing the room’s ambiance to change with your child’s favorite songs or bedtime stories.
How much storage space does this kids' bed provide for a bedroom?
This bed is designed to maximize room organization with four integrated storage drawers located in the footboard and side rails. To ensure long-term durability for daily use, each drawer is constructed using high-quality French dovetail joins in the front and English dovetailing in the back. Additionally, the drawers feature soft-close glides, which prevent slamming and protect small fingers, making it an excellent choice for a child's active environment.
Is the construction of this storage bed sturdy enough for long-term use?
This piece is engineered for both beauty and structural integrity. The use of traditional English and French dovetail joinery in the drawer boxes is a hallmark of high-quality furniture construction, providing superior resistance to the "racking" or warping that can occur with frequent use. These professional construction methods ensure the bed remains a stable and reliable part of your child’s bedroom as they grow.

Very Disappointed With My Overall Experience”
I was very disappointed with my experience with Rooms To Go. The communication and customer service were poor, and no one followed up on my concerns. I felt the staff were rude and unprofessional. I paid the full amount in cash and received no discount or help with the delivery fee. I also have a concern about the bunkie board. Richard told me it was free, but my receipt shows the bed charged at $1,078.99 instead of the $999 price I understood. I would like an explanation for the additional $79.99 charge. I also asked to exchange the nightstands for the 3 drawer style and even offered to bring them back to the store myself. I was told to wait, but I am still waiting for a resolution. I already knew exactly what I wanted when I visited the store, drove about 45 miles, made my purchase in about 10 minutes, and left. I was asked to leave a nice comment about Richard, but I cannot honestly say I received exceptional service when that was not my experience. Overall, I am very disappointed
Cute but needs a box
This bed is cute and my daughter is happy with it. It feels flumsy and it requires a box, which the seller (or the website) did not tell us, so we had to go and buy one. The skirt does not look like the one in the picture.
Very Happy with the service
