I'll never support this business again!
Doug the salesman was rude, and very impatient. He hung up on me when I was placing my order, citing that he " was with a customer in the showroom" I pointed out that he was with a customer on the phone at that time. I changed my mind on the living room and he got upset and told me to call him back when I knew what I wanted, as I was trying to tell him what I wanted instead. Just rude and teated me like I wasn't a valued customer. I really believe the reason why was my furniture was paid by The Salvation Army from a Disaster Recovery Grant. My order was completed by a manager. Almost 300.00 of service contracts were slid into the purchase w/o discussion. my counter top height dining set was standard height, my 5 piece bedroom set was missing the mirror, and the movers slid the dresser into my cell phone charger that was plugged into the wall, breaking my data cable. They wanted me to pay 90.00 upfront to fix my order, pending refund of 300.00 on service contracts. Thumbs way down.
