I absolutely love my new couch and chair; It’s my color range and it’s so comfortable. As I have two dogs and a little older I wanted something I could vacuum under and this is working wonderfully. The delivery was great, timely as I was updated about the arrival. I’ll share that there was a problem with the center support leg; the delivery men shared that with customer service and told me I’d get a call about a replacement sofa. As much as I love my couch and chair, I was so impressed by the customer service and follow up. Within 30 minutes, I had a call from customer service to replace my couch and it was faster than I could accommodate for my work schedule. Within 10 days I had my new couch. Very impressive customer service.

We had a different accent chair that was replace by this one. 10 times better. Very comfortable and cozy, soft. We love it. Rooms to go call us regarding out concerns about the previous chair we had. They were able to change it with this one and I'm so glad I did. Thank you to rooms to go for making it happened.

right choice
The chair is the right size to curl up in and read or look at tv. Very comfortable and the fabric may look rough but its actually soft and the color yes. I am so happy the associate and my big sister help me make the right choice.
