Love sofa; customer service no so much.
Love the sofa! Guys who finally delivered were very good. Customer service was way below par. Total lack of follow through and one hand knowing what the other was doing. Very disappointing! Seems y’all use the same excuse ‘broken down truck’ over and over. I expected better. I lost 2 days from work with no one at RTG caring just a little bit. No nice to do people that way.
