Love the dual power recliners & center console. Beautiful sofa.
The Dual Recliner is beautiful except that upon delivery the bottom right side of recliner was damaged, The inner wood is Cracked and when the Tech came for an Evaluation he only put a piece of wood to brace the already cracked damaged wood and Never replaced it. Enoch said that it's just minor damage and I told him for a $1,800 Furniture their should not be any damage at All. It's been over a week since the Evaluation took place and the tech told me I should hear from RTG within 3-4 days. Totally unacceptable and I would like for them to pick up the minor so call damaged Recliner and bring me a Brand new non minor damage Recliner which I paid a lot of money for!
