Estaugh Black Queen Bed

Stability is built directly into the design through a robust support system. In addition to the comprehensive wooden slat kit, the frame includes extra center support legs. These additional contact points with the floor are essential for queen-sized frames, as they prevent the mattress from sagging in the middle and minimize the structural shifting that often causes noise.

This bed is designed for straightforward customer assembly and arrives with all necessary wooden slats and hardware included. The assembly process involves securing the tapered legs and the support system to the upholstered rails and headboard. Because of the integrated slat kit and extra support legs, we recommend having a second person assist with the initial alignment to ensure all components are perfectly leveled for optimal performance.

This bed is exceptionally well-suited for urban living and smaller floor plans. With a total width of 63.83 inches, the frame has a minimal footprint that adds very little bulk beyond the size of a standard queen mattress. Furthermore, the 44-inch headboard height provides a sophisticated focal point without overwhelming the vertical space, making your room feel larger and more open.

No, a box spring is not required for this bed. This model features a complete wooden slat kit that provides a sturdy, integrated foundation for your mattress. By eliminating the need for a box spring, the bed maintains a clean, low-profile aesthetic while ensuring your mattress remains properly ventilated and supported.

The upholstery is crafted from 100% polyester, a synthetic fiber valued for its high durability and resistance to stretching and piling. For routine maintenance, we recommend a light vacuuming with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and allergens. For minor spills, polyester’s moisture-resistant properties allow for easy spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
