Being a senior citizen - instead of knocking over the lamp shade & breaking the light bulb - I press a button for on & off!!

Good lamps, not so good service
The lamp size is good, it looks great, the on/off switch blends-in with the base and is convenient, it's a lovely accent to our Industrial-look bedframe and end tables. The only down side is a corner on each lamp shade (I purchased 2 lamps) has dark burn marks. From afar the burn marks aren't noticeable. A couple weeks ago I called the vendor and left a voice mail message regarding the burn marks. The vendor hasn't contacted me.
