Game Changer
The comfort of this furniture can not be explained until you sit on it. My movie night game has changed. Relax and enjoy but focus cause you will fall asleep and the movie will be watching you.
Very good
All excelente.
great addition to our living room
Never again
I will not shop at rooms2go again. Horrible experience from start to finish.
Zero satisfaction with the sectional
After finding many defects with the sectional, I’d greatly appreciate receiving a credit to choose another piece of furniture. It was delivered with a crushed power cord, the chaise lounge was physically broken to where it wouldn’t sit in the “up” position, and the console cup holder doesn’t open/close correctly. I took time off from work and a tech came out and fixed the chaise lounge. He didn’t know anything about the power cord so I had to follow up on it, and we still don’t have it after a month and zero ETA of arrival. I was told I can request a technician if I don’t feel comfortable installing it myself. I didn’t realize I had to repair my new furniture. The tech said they’d order a replacement console. A date was scheduled for the console swap out and I took time off of work once again to meet the crew to swap it out. The crew didn’t speak much English so there was a language barrier and one of them was pretty sick coughing and sneezing and wiping his hands on the couch and around my home after constantly wiping his nose with his hands. The new console that was swapped out was worse than the original. I then got ahold of RTG service to swap out the console and we got a date scheduled to where I can take off of work a third time…still no ETA on the power cable at that time. A few days later a received a call from RTG that they’d like to have a technician look at the console to see if it’s repairable instead of having to replace it. I’m ok with that but now it’s difficult with the holiday season. NOW, the headrest at one of the recliners is folded all the way forward to where you can’t sit there until it’s repaired. That was added to the list for when the tech comes out. After a month of having it, I’d sincerely appreciate a credit or my money back and look for something else. I just don’t have faith that this furniture is going to last very long with all the issues that it’s constantly having. The sectional is also fairly firm and uncomfortable to sit on. Honestly I don’t sit on it much at all because I can’t relax. I will say that RTG’s service and follow up has been good with most everything.
