Love this recliner. Super strong, comfortable, and well made.
Love our recliner. It’s very comfortable. The storage area in the arm rests with cup holders, adds convenience for storing the remote. The underneath blue lights are attractive and give the room a good feel.
No service after sale.
The two recliners we bought are awesome and delivered on time January 16, 2026. We did not receive the leather conditioner for our recliners and mentioned it to the delivery men, called the store and found out it was back ordered, then called our salesperson to follow up since we did not receive the leather conditioner. Seven weeks later, we still do not have any leather conditioner.
This was sent by mistake and didn't receive what I ordered.
This was sent to my house by mistake, i was not sent the end to my sofa. I called RTG and tried to work a deal on buying this discontinued chair but the manager wouldn't deal even after offering 80% of the retail price. So after the third attempt to make things right the chair went back.
