I love this dining set. It is absolutely gorgeous. Also, very convenient as the table extends. It was perfect during Thanksgiving family gathering.
No call no show when defective product was promised to be fixed.
Received bench with missing component upon delivery. Was told to accept the shipment and call customer service. I proceeded to call customer service and schedule a repair, and confirmed date. I take off work, wait for the appointment, no call no show for the repair as promised. Chairs also have gaps in the lower frame and glue weeping out. (For and finish not so great)
