I prefer a firmer mattress,
I prefer a firmer mattress, so I chose the Helix Twilight. The overall quality of the mattress feels very good, and it seems well made. However, from the beginning, I felt that my hips were not supported quite as much as I expected, which made the mattress somewhat uncomfortable for me. I contacted Helix customer service about this, and they were very helpful. They sent me an ErgoAlign topper, which definitely improved the support and made the mattress more comfortable. I've now been sleeping on the mattress for about five months, though, and I still haven't found it completely comfortable. I'm not exactly sure what the issue is. It may be related to my relatively light body weight and how much I sink into the mattress, rather than the firmness itself. Overall, I think the mattress itself is high quality, and I had a very positive experience with Helix customer service. Unfortunately, the Twilight just doesn't seem to be a perfect match for my body, even with the topper.

Not up to par
Originally got the midnight and it wasn't what we expected after a review exchanged it for the twilight which was even worse. Neither one was the firmness we needed so, the mattress is in our spare bedroom.
