Console
Saw it in the store and had to have it. Very lovely and well made
missing parts
Not at all happy. Was told RTG would rush the missing drawer knobs. Over 3 weeks and still no knobs. I've called several times asking when I could expect them. Yesterday's call told me it could be 90 days. I would never have ordered the piece if I knew I wasn't going to get the complete product.
Damages piers
I received damaged piers 3 times and finally just settled for one that is damaged slightly to just be done. They had glue, cracks, dings, and paint scraps/scratched off deeply in several area. One did not line up with the console at the bottom.
