Not at all happy. Was told RTG would rush the missing drawer knobs. Over 3 weeks and still no knobs. I've called several times asking when I could expect them. Yesterday's call told me it could be 90 days. I would never have ordered the piece if I knew I wasn't going to get the complete product.

I am so happy that I checked RTG store for my living room furniture. Compared to Haynes, Value City, and Grand Furniture, RTG had the best selection for Me. I purchased a Beautiful white Console with the coolest looking Fireplace the generates heat. Later I included the two Piers that went with it. It just made my living room POP with Class that just said ME. I purchased a GREAT Looking Grey colored Sectional sofa before I got the console set and they just popped together, and the carpet that the salesman suggested to me along with some pillows and a painting of which I purchased, was right on point in complementing the area of my house I was working with. I sent the salesman, Dave Smith, a picture of my rooms and He showed me the best ideas and helped me put it all together, and now I just Love coming home and seeing and enjoying Everything I purchased. Thats the other thing that makes shopping at RTG fun and easy, Their Sales Rep. I recommend checking out RTG store First before going anywhere else. I always saw something that would compliment the items I had already purchased and would end up buying it. I am planning on going back to RTG to get some furniture for another room I'm completing.
