Disappointed
Although the service with RTG was a pleasant experience, we are not happy with our purchase. The Leather sofa and reclining are very stiff and uncomfortable. We wish we had gone with a different set. My husband has to sleep in the recliner after being in a major accident and has had multiple surgeries. This is the reason we decided to buy a new sofa and recliner. We found the one in the show room seemed to be softer and we thought it would work. I assume since there are no defects in the set we are unable to return and buy a new one. Guess we are stuck with our purchase.
In addition to a quality set. Sergey our sales person was fantastic. The delivery people were extremely fast and polite.
