Horrible! If a store sells something that takes a battery, the salesperson should be knowledgeable. No one knows anything about what type battery you need. We were told we had 30 days to return but when we complained they said that wasn't their policy. If you plan to buy furniture. make sure the store employees are trained and know their product. Our couch uses 2 batteries that go dead in less than 3 days even when the recliners aren't used.
