Cheap Particle Board
The product was a little difficult to put together for one person and the foot rails does not work with standard bed frames. The material is very cheap and please don't accidentally step on the wood. I would not have picked this out for myself and it is not a long term product. It may have a lifespan of 2 to 3 years without any moving around.
