When the bed arrived, it was cracked in two places.
Unacceptable and irresponsible service
The bed was assembled with a broken headboard. I reported the issue immediately and provided photos. Instead of sending a technician to fix the problem or replacing the damaged part, the company mailed me the broken piece and expects me to install it myself. This is a brand-new purchase, not a DIY project. I am not qualified to perform repairs, and I will not accept responsibility for fixing damaged furniture. This situation must be resolved properly by sending a technician or providing a full replacement. Until then, this experience is completely unacceptable.
Holes in front of bed missing plus/ elec bed does not fit frame cannot lower bed to floor waiting for response from you if not I will have to return these
