Strong plywood slats with metal support bar. Tall 15 inch guardrails provide sleep security for top bunk. 5" thick top bunk mattress recommended. Maximum 8" thick mattress for best fit and safety. Assembled bunk bed measures: 83.75"L x 64.75"W x 63.25"H. Underbed height is 37.75". Designed to accommodate a standard low profile mattresses (sold separately). Slat roll included.
