Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!! Bed still broken but you got the money!!!!!
If you had no stars I would have given that. The bed came with parts missing. The delivery people said it wasn’t their problem. They gave me a number to call. I called and they said to send an email. I explained that the bed was delivered to an assisted living facility because the person (my mother) was moving in tomorrow. I needed the part to the bed. They repeated “send an email”. Still haven’t heard from anyone 24 hours later. This is terrible customer service service. I even called a local store and they repeated. Send an email. I will never shop at TTG again

You sent out 2 chairs not one and they can't be assembled because they are NO SCREWS. Of course the driver said he's take care of reporting it and NOTHING!!! I called and a lady said she's start a claim but NOTHING STILL!!! Call me at (904)613-9020
