Disappointing
I would give these beds a “0” by my standards. They are awful. I purchased two twin beds for my daughters, and they were only able to sleep on them comfortably twice. After that, the foundation kept falling through the metal railings on the sides of the beds. This became a nightly issue—every night, we would hear a bang as the foundation collapsed along with the mattress. My daughters eventually stopped sleeping on the beds because of this, but things got worse when my youngest daughter got hurt. The process of trying to get an exchange has been awful. Finally had my re selection delivered this Thursday and the new bed is damaged plus now just realizing the bottom drawer on new chest is difficult to pull out, the paint at the bottom is coming off, the pain at the bottom of the night stand is also coming off. Plus the delivery people damaged the frame of my daughters bedroom door. We just moved in it’s a new built and it’s damaged already.
