Space-saving: loft design opens up floor space. Total footprint (including ladder) 81.5""L X 54.25""W X 50""H; Actual bed measurements (excluding ladder) 81.5""L X 42.5""W X 50""H. At 50 inches high its ideal for low ceilings. Under-bed height is 33.25". Designed to accommodate standard twin-size mattress that is 5 inches thick, not to exceed 8 inches thick. Plywood slats included; no box spring or bunkie board required. Mattress and bedding not included. Ladder with rounded edges offers comfortable, easy climbing. Ladder is both reversible and removable, so it is flexible to work with any space. Customer assembly required.

- Twin size bed is designed to use a mattress 74"-75" long x 37.5"-38.5" wide.
- Top bunk requires a mattress that is at least 5" below the top of the guardrail.
