This was my 3rd - mine only last 2-3 yrs, but still well worth the cost, plus mega savings on a new mattress that may or may not be comfortable. It has made my too firm mattress just right in comfort without any heat. I find the topper gets better with each new purchase, & this one fits the bed perfectly (last one ran a bit short). I've tried so many different toppers only to return back to Tempurpedic- imho, they are the best. It relieved my pressure points on my hips.as well as back pain (that's my signal for knowing when to replace). There is a day or 2 of off-gassing, but I leave the window open while expanding to reduce the odor. My cats love it - they prefer to play on the bed & to prove it's cooling, my cats sleep under the covers in 80+ degree heat.

Unfortunate Design
The pillow is comfortable but it came with a huge crinkly tag. Every time I used the pillow the tag made noise, so I removed the tag but this ripped the seam of the pillow cover. I contacted customer service but was told the tags should not be removed and the crinkle noise was an intended part of this pillow. I was told they are unable to help as it was user error. Very disappointing I’ve been a customer for years and use this brand for mattress and pillows.
