Fantastic Mattress
We purchased the Adapt Hybrid mattress 2 weeks ago and it has been a game changer. My husband & I were waking up hurting every morning and tossing & turning a lot. I was also have a lot of neck pain and headaches the past few months. I can already tell a huge difference in our sleep quality and have not woke up with a headache since. They say it takes about 40 days to really break in the mattress but we are already super happy with it. Would highly recommend!

No Support Customer Service Response
We bought the Tempur Adapt and Cooling topper to help with our warm summer nights. I was reluctant to purchase a topper because I didn't wan't to loose the back support our mattress provides. Given the high ratings and the claims for pressure support we bought it. The cooling technology was noticeable to the touch and for the first several minutes of laying on the topper. But trying to sleep through the night was a joke. Way too soft. There isn't any support built into this, it's all the same throughout the entire pad, no unique density to help with back support. And when your body sinks into 3" of memory foam, the cooling effect goes away when you've sunk into the memory foam. I tried to adapt. But after 1 week and no good sleep, I was done. Customer service hasn't responded to my messages, which is consistent with their product... No support and not helpful.

Worst mattress ever
We bought a firm it was a good mattress at first. It is now nothing but mush hurts my back. I can’t get them to return any of my emails because it should be under a 10 year warranty. It is the worst mattress I’ve ever had in my life do not buy it
