The chair is just ok. Not luxurious but is functional
Disappointing
The chair isn’t as comfortable as the floor model. I’m sure that has to do with the frequent use of the floor model. But the reclining mechanism is very loud and clunky. The floor model was quiet. And, to be honest, I’m not all that thrilled with the color.

I bought this recliner because I like that it can rock and recline. We have not been able to enjoy our recliner. The handle is hard to turn, the coils or springs make a loud bang when we turn the handle like it is going to fall apart. If you sit close to the edge to get up, the recliner chair tilts forward.
