Installers
The installers are not properly trained on how to install the back to the chair even though I paid for installation and delivery.
The chair is very comfortable and fits into our living room very well. After the La-Z-Boy tech came out and secured the back there have been no other probllems. The delivery men need to be educated on how to secure the back when they put it on. We are very happy with the chairs.😊
