We purchased two and after one week of use, one has malfunctioned. Remote does not return back to upright position. Technician scheduled to come next week.
My husband thinks it’s awesome. The only downside was that rooms to go delivered it with the back cloth panel broken.
A good fit for after shoulder surgery.
This recliner checked all my boxes and, it was a good price (about $1K) at Rooms-to-Go. The wireless remote was ideal for me, and that is a feature that is hard to find. I needed the control on the left side. Most remote controls are wired from the right side with a coiled cable that is awkward to stretch over to the left side. You can easily program two positions into the remote memory, along with a home button to bring the chair upright. I programmed one of these for TV watching and one (fully reclined) for sleeping. The only criticism that I have is that there is some wiggle in the reclined positions. I only noticed this after a couple of weeks. So, maybe something is loosening. I don't have a clue as to how to remedy ths. So, I hope it doesn't get any worse (more wiggling, more play).
