Fair Rating
I like the features except the material is not as comfortable as the micro fiber recliner I considered. The reason I bought this one was because it is powered and has a neck adjustment. The neck adjustment is what sold me. But as mentioned, the micro fiber material is more comfortable. My wife is disappointed that the color doesn't match our other furniture as well as she thought it would. But the only other color available is even worse. Micro fiber material and more color options would be better.

Smaller than the last one I had. Not as comfortable. The Lazy Boy store would have been a better option for a bigger selection.
It's lumpy and uncomfortable. Not what La - Z - Boy used to be.
