Poor Quality
The furniture is extremely poor quality and I had issues with the remote part of the bed and had purchased a warranty just to find out it didn't really cover anything that was told when purchasing the items. It's now broken and from what little information I can gather from the Rooms To Go insurance policy there is nothing that can be done, even if I paid for it myself.
