Locust Light Gray Full Bed

The bed is upholstered in a durable polyester-based velvet, which offers the luxurious feel of traditional velvet with increased resistance to wear. For routine care, we recommend light vacuuming with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and keep the fabric's "pile" looking fresh. For minor spots, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth; our expertise with these materials suggests avoiding harsh chemicals to preserve the fabric's soft texture and light gray color.

This item requires customer assembly, and all necessary hardware is included for a straightforward setup. To ensure a squeak-free experience, we recommend tightening all bolts firmly and assembling the bed in its final position within the room. The design uses a standard rail-and-bracket system that allows for efficient assembly while maintaining the structural integrity of the contemporary frame.

This bed measures approximately 58.75"W x 82.75"D x 47.75"H. While a standard full-size mattress is 54 inches wide, this frame’s total width of nearly 59 inches includes the plush, velvet-upholstered side rails. It is an ideal fit for a typical 10' x 10' bedroom, providing a comfortable sleeping surface while leaving enough clearance for nightstands or a small desk.

Yes, this bed is designed to be used with a foundation to properly support your mattress. You can use a standard box spring or, if you prefer a lower-profile look that keeps more of the elegant channel-stitched headboard visible, a bunkie board is an excellent alternative. Using a proper foundation ensures the mattress remains level and prevents premature sagging.

This bed is engineered for stability, featuring gold-finished metal legs on the footboard that provide a solid, modern base. The headboard is constructed with high-density foam padding, which offers a firm yet comfortable backrest for sitting up in bed and is designed to retain its shape over time, even with daily use.

This bed is specifically well-suited for smaller living spaces where style and scale are both priorities. The contemporary, "glamour-inspired" design with a diamond strip accent elevates the aesthetic of a room without the overwhelming footprint of a king or queen-sized frame. Its full-size dimensions allow you to maximize available floor space in an apartment while still enjoying a sophisticated, upholstered centerpiece.
