This "Jr. Loft" design provides a slightly more accessible height than full-size lofts, making it an excellent option for young adventurers while still requiring the coordination and maturity needed to navigate an elevated bed safely.

With a total height of 74 inches, this bed is best suited for rooms with standard 8-foot or 9-foot ceilings. This ensures your child has enough clearance to sit up comfortably. For homes with unique architectural features, such as slanted ceilings or attic bedrooms, we recommend ensuring there is at least 30 inches of space between the top of the mattress and the ceiling for optimal safety and comfort.

This loft bed is an ideal space-saving solution for compact bedrooms or urban apartments. By elevating the twin-sized sleeping area, it frees up the floor space below to create a dedicated "playhouse" or storage zone. Its 81"l x 42"w footprint allows it to fit comfortably in most standard rooms while effectively doubling the functional square footage of the area it occupies.

The frame is designed to accommodate a standard twin-size mattress. To ensure the safety guardrails function correctly and provide adequate protection, we recommend choosing a mattress with a thickness of 6 to 8 inches. Please note that the mattress and bedding are sold separately.

Customer assembly is required for this item, which ships in three separate boxes to ensure the components arrive in excellent condition. Due to the size of the loft frame, we recommend having two people perform the assembly. This allows for easier handling of the larger pieces and ensures that all safety bolts are tightened securely to the manufacturer's specifications.
