Unhappy Customer
I purchased a Sand recliner and Marilyn Williams send me a mushroom one And I’m getting a run around about how it’s going to be Rectified, So my rating is poor por customer service
Disappointed.
Looks nice. The recliner mechanism isn't consistently smooth. Therefore, I feel the price was too high for this product.
Not what I expected
This love seat while works as expected, it is far less comfortable then what I was looking for in padded, comfortable living room furniture. It provides great support for your back and neck, but it is missing the comfort factor.
