Is this sectional suitable for a medium-sized urban apartment or a larger suburban home?
With its symmetrical 114-inch footprint, this 3-piece sectional is versatile enough to anchor a spacious suburban living room while still fitting comfortably into a medium-to-large urban apartment. Its contemporary, low-profile design (35" height) and sleek track arms help it feel less bulky, preventing it from overwhelming smaller rooms while providing ample seating for up to five adults.
What are the benefits of the storage chaise in this living room set?
The integrated storage chaise is a highly functional feature designed to maximize utility in your living space. It provides a discreet, built-in compartment perfect for stowing away extra blankets, pillows, or seasonal decor. This makes it an ideal solution for maintaining a clutter-free environment, particularly in homes where maximizing floor space is a priority.
Is a woven polyester sectional a good choice for a busy household with kids or pets?
This sectional is upholstered in 100% polyester woven fabric, which is an excellent choice for active homes. Polyester is naturally durable and more resistant to stretching and pilling than many natural fibers. Our experts recommend woven synthetic fabrics for their ability to withstand the daily wear and tear from family life, as the tight weave helps prevent snagging and makes it easier to clean up common spills.
Will this large sectional fit through my doorways during delivery?
Measuring 114 inches by 114 inches, this is a substantial piece of furniture. To prepare for a seamless delivery, we recommend measuring all entryways, hallways, and tight turns in your home. Before ordering, compare your home's dimensions to the sectional's width and depth to ensure it can be navigated into your desired room. Our professional delivery teams handle the heavy lifting, but clear pathways are essential for a successful setup.
How do I clean and maintain this fabric to ensure it lasts?
To keep your furniture looking its best, our care guidelines suggest regular maintenance such as vacuuming with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris. For accidental spills on this woven polyester, we recommend blotting immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, a mild detergent mixed with warm water can be used sparingly, ensuring you test a small, inconspicuous area first.
How does the quality of the frame affect the lifespan of this sofa?
The longevity of a sectional is heavily influenced by its internal construction. High-quality stationary pieces like this one are built to last approximately 7 to 15 years with proper care. By opting for a sectional with a sturdy frame and high-density foam cushions—standard indicators of quality craftsmanship—you ensure the piece maintains its structural integrity and support through years of frequent use.

Couch is not the same as in store and house damage.
I went in store to look for a couch that pulled out. Found one that I liked and was told I had to order it online. I wrote down the name so I knew exactly what to order when I was home. The couch that I received does not work the same as the one in store. The pull out foot rest does not make the couch lay flat like the one in store does. That is the whole reason we got it, so we could have a spare guest bed if we had to. I also had it delivered and they damaged my flooring and my trim at my house. They gave me a business card to call and they would come out and fix it. The “repair” tech that was sent out is just a random contractor that they hired to do these repair costs. He showed up late due to the company giving him the wrong address and left after 5 minutes. He showed up, took three pictures and left. We asked how it was going to get fixed and he said he is only responsible to take pictures and report, not to fix. There was no further discussion on next steps.
