Wish I could send back.
For whatever reason, the one in the store is way more comfortable. It bulges in the front and doesn't make it comfortable to sit on. You fall into the couch.

We bought another couch and it was very uncomfortable; and we called the rooms to go customer service for online orders and they helped us trade out for this couch that is soooooo comfortable!!! The arm broke on the chase. Literally caved in the middle and I've barely had it a month. Looks nice but is not made of quality material.
