Couch is not the same as in store and house damage.
I went in store to look for a couch that pulled out. Found one that I liked and was told I had to order it online. I wrote down the name so I knew exactly what to order when I was home. The couch that I received does not work the same as the one in store. The pull out foot rest does not make the couch lay flat like the one in store does. That is the whole reason we got it, so we could have a spare guest bed if we had to. I also had it delivered and they damaged my flooring and my trim at my house. They gave me a business card to call and they would come out and fix it. The “repair” tech that was sent out is just a random contractor that they hired to do these repair costs. He showed up late due to the company giving him the wrong address and left after 5 minutes. He showed up, took three pictures and left. We asked how it was going to get fixed and he said he is only responsible to take pictures and report, not to fix. There was no further discussion on next steps.
