Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.
Is a woven polyester fabric a good choice for high-traffic homes with pets?
High-performance 100% polyester is one of the most resilient materials for active households. The tight "woven" construction of this fabric provides a smooth, durable surface that is naturally resistant to pilling and stretching. Additionally, polyester is less prone to snagging from pet claws than loose-weave fabrics, and its synthetic fibers help pet hair stay on the surface for easy removal with a vacuum or lint roller.
How do I determine if this sectional orientation fits my room layout?
Sectional orientation is defined by the side the chaise is on when you are standing in front of and looking at the piece. This specific model is a Right-Arm Facing (RAF) configuration, meaning the chaise extends from the right side. This layout is particularly effective for defining the boundary of a living area in an open-concept floor plan or for placing against a right-hand wall to maximize open floor space.
What are the functional benefits of a storage chaise?
The integrated storage chaise is a strategic solution for modern lifestyle needs, particularly in homes with limited closet space. It features a hidden compartment that is perfect for tucking away extra blankets, pillows, or seasonal items. This allows you to maintain a clean, minimalist environment while keeping essentials within reach for movie nights or guests.
What is the best way to clean and maintain this specific fabric?
Based on our expertise with 100% polyester woven materials, we recommend regular vacuuming with an upholstery attachment to prevent dust from settling into the fibers. For accidental spills, spot clean using a soft cloth dampened with warm water and a mild detergent or light soap. Always blot the area gently rather than rubbing, as this preserves the integrity of the woven texture and prevents the stain from setting.
Can this sofa be used effectively in a smaller apartment or urban living space?
While measuring 116 inches wide, this contemporary sectional is well-suited for urban layouts, particularly narrow or long living rooms. The sleek track arms and tufted detailing provide a sophisticated, modern aesthetic that adds style without the bulk of rolled-arm designs. For a comfortable room flow, our experts recommend ensuring at least 30 to 36 inches of walkway space around the perimeter of the piece.
What indicates the quality and expected lifespan of this furniture?
A well-maintained sectional of this quality typically has an average lifespan of 7 to 15 years. This piece features contemporary tufted detailing, which helps the cushions maintain their shape over time. To ensure maximum durability, we recommend periodically fluffing the back cushions and rotating the matching accent pillows to ensure even wear across the seating surface.
How much seating does this sectional provide?
With overall dimensions of 116"w x 70"d x 35"h, this sectional is designed to comfortably accommodate three to four adults. Its generous width and stationary design make it an ideal centerpiece for a primary living area, offering substantial seating capacity for family gatherings or entertaining guests without the mechanical footprint required by reclining furniture.

Couch is not the same as in store and house damage.
I went in store to look for a couch that pulled out. Found one that I liked and was told I had to order it online. I wrote down the name so I knew exactly what to order when I was home. The couch that I received does not work the same as the one in store. The pull out foot rest does not make the couch lay flat like the one in store does. That is the whole reason we got it, so we could have a spare guest bed if we had to. I also had it delivered and they damaged my flooring and my trim at my house. They gave me a business card to call and they would come out and fix it. The “repair” tech that was sent out is just a random contractor that they hired to do these repair costs. He showed up late due to the company giving him the wrong address and left after 5 minutes. He showed up, took three pictures and left. We asked how it was going to get fixed and he said he is only responsible to take pictures and report, not to fix. There was no further discussion on next steps.
