Like the middle seat has hidden cushion for a arm rest

This couch is cute and comfy. But here lies the problem I got the couch and a chair delievered to my home on 5/9/25. Started to notice some fraying an peeling of the fabric called in on 5/30. We schedule for someone to come out to the house on 6/30. The tech came out (very nice) stated that they will either replace or fix the items. Did not hear from RTG so on 7/2 I got on the online chat and starting talking and was told this from usages. Then a supervisor called me and said that they would be replacing the items but I need to clean the items because I have pets. She won't schedule a replacement with me until I email her a picutre of the cleaned (vacuum) items. She is stating it could be pet hair that I am seeing on the items and they won't replace it because of that. It is clearly not. I have a cover on both items for this reason. RTG is doing everything in their power not to make it right. I guess get these items if you don't plan on sitting on them offen like in a formal livingroom setting. Because they are cute and comfy. Well really just don't get them from RTG see if you can find them with another vender.

Love the couch. It’s so comfortable. But the fabric is subpar. It looks and feels so luxurious…that’s why I chose it over the less expensive model. I’m very disappointed. I paid extra for the protection plan for the fabric. Thank goodness because it is already damaged. I have called the service center and filled out the necessary forms for the damage and haven’t heard anything back from RTG. This was $2000!!! I expect better.
All of the pieces are great.
I'm enjoying the relaxing experience.
