Love the sectional. It beyond meets my expectations. My family gathers more now on the couch then ever before.

Very frustrated at this time with the whole situation. I have called customer service and spoken with someone, But no one has emailed or called me back since we spoke. The sales lady lied about where we could put the console and now it does not charge our phones; and our final piece is taller than the rest of the couch. Hoping to hear back from them soon.
