Still missing a drawer
Although the furniture is beautiful, we are missing a drawer that goes underneath the bed. I was told Rooms to Go would send me a new drawer. I’ve not heard from rooms to go and still need a drawer
Hello, first I need to praise my sales lady Latoya. She is a gem to your company. I DO NOT LOVE THE MATTRESS. To me, it is very hot and not as comfortable as I thought. Too firm. Also, I add the mattress last because I understood I would receive a discount because of the furniture I chose to purchase. After reviewing my paperwork the mattress is over $1600.00. I love the bedroom furniture. I understand the dresser is on back order so I look forward to having it delivered. I found a moderate size scuff that appears like white paint on the side of headboard. The couch is just as gorgeous and comfortable. I would like to speak to someone about the mattress and the scuff in headboard. Is it better to come in store or call the customer service number in my paperwork.
