Still waiting to hear from someone
Well after it was delivered I noticed it already had damage. They should’ve just took it back & exchanged for another one. One of the buttons was damaged so the recliner wasn’t working properly. The delivery people were nice but they scratched my new floor. I’ve been waiting to hear from someone. The couch also sits up higher & my feet can’t touch the floor which is sooo annoying. The one I sat on in the store I could touch the floor with my feet flat on the floor. I’m soo annoyed by this & it’s hard to sit comfortably on it unless I put the recliner up. One of the main things I told the sales agent was that I wanted my feet to touch the floor but it wasn’t his fault. He was really nice & didn’t know the couches would have a different height.
