Not a fan of product or set up of product or service received because the issues are still there.
Recliner was not put together right even tho we paid $90 to have their staff put it together and later after complaining they sent a service person who was not able to correct the problems. Love an earlier recliner from RTG but this one is a dud. Really unhappy with this recliner, especially after paying for lousy set up and told later nothing can be done to correct the issues. RTG is off our list and our family and friends know why. They too can see the issues and wonder why RTG cannot correct them.
