Extremely Disappointed – No Customer Service Response
I am very disappointed with this company’s customer service. My product arrived damaged, and despite reaching out multiple times, I have received no response. I have sent four emails and made five to six phone calls, yet I still have no guidance on what the next steps are to resolve this issue. It is unacceptable to leave customers without any communication, especially when the product was delivered in poor condition. A company’s responsibility doesn’t end with delivery—it extends to ensuring customers are supported when problems arise. Right now, I feel ignored and frustrated, and I cannot recommend this business to others until they demonstrate that they value their customers and provide timely support.
Customer service lack of response
In response to an incorrect size order for a rug, I received a replacement that was damaged. Despite sending four emails and making five phone calls, I have not received a response. My dissatisfaction and disappointment with this situation are profound. The rug was purchased for $600.
