Love my bedroom suite! However, when I received my Chest of drawers it had some scratches and some of dings on it and I was told they would send me out another. Well I received one 3 more times worse than the first one. Then I asked that they just send somebody out to my house to try and repair the one they sent the first time. To this day I haven’t heard anything back from them. So in essence I love the rest of my bedroom suite.
Not Happy Customer of the No Return Policy
I am disappointed on how the height of the bed compared to the nightstand. Went to the store showed my concerns. I was informed that the nightstand cannot be returned. I had inquired about the box spring, which was suggested by the sales person, I was informed there was a charge of approximately $80 if I wish to select a different box spring. I am not happy about the cannot return policy. I would have been happier without the nightstand. It is definitely eyesore to me. Now it will just go into a closet because it does not appealing to me. It is quite a noticeable difference. I just moved to South Carolina and there is not a lot of selections of furniture stores to choose from that had good quality. I am skeptical for future purchases now that I know of the no return policy. Thank you.
