gave me the run around about what i was supposed to receive then tried to make me place another order & pay for what i already had discussed with the sell associate, this is the second time a mistake has happened then they made it seem like it was my fault. overall rooms to go doesn’t have me as a customer anymore

The delivery man, The one in charge of the other two guys, Said inappropriate things to my wife. The headboard was cracked so they have to replace it, But do not bring back the same guy to deliver this new one, he will not come in my house again.
